Nick is an Earth scientist primarily researching the Antarctic ice sheet using numerical models and field data. He has been a Rutherford Discovery Fellow, a Lead Author on the Sixth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and currently leads a number of components of the MBIE-funded ‘Antarctic Science Platform’ and ‘Our Changing Coasts’ research programmes.
