Élodie Blanc, a Research Fellow at Motu Economic and Public Policy Research, is also a Research Scientist at the MIT Joint Program on the Science and Policy of Global Change. Élodie completed her graduate studies at École des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales and the University of Otago.
