Creation of a Confidentiality Quality Assurance module

Project description

To further support safe open data practices, we need a confidentiality assurance module. The confidentiality assurance module will need to look at the data that is disseminated, and taking into account the data sources determine whether the appropriate confidentiality method is being used, in the appropriate way. You will also need to create supporting documentation for the module, as an ongoing resource that can be used.

This module is anticipated to be first used for our internal areas that work with data for public release, and then be used across government and further if required.

Skills required

• Right to work in New Zealand
• An understanding of statistics, and the need to have different conceptual frameworks
• Good verbal and written communication skills
