Mapping the Transdisciplinary Modelling Research Landscape
Research question
What methodologies are used to integrate transdisciplinary research and modelling and what are the commonalities/differences in these methodologies?
Aim
There has been research published on the concept of transdisciplinary research, but not a lot published on how modelling is integrated with transdisciplinary research. Researchers within Te Pūnaha Matatini and the Transdisciplinary Modelling and Engineering Research Centre do research with transdisciplinary modelling and engineering approaches. This project aims to map out how transdisciplinary research and modelling are integrated and identify/coalesce common methodologies from researchers.

- $17,000 tax free stipend
- $10,000 fees
- $3,000 research costs
